PRIMITIVE WEAVING

Through a woven wool installation, Céline Camilleri illustrates our intrinsic connection to nature and its ever-changing essence—at times serene, at times tumultuous. Her work, a metaphor for an organic labyrinth, represents a search for a «third skin,» a conceptual filter that challenges our perception of nature as a shared, cyclical space.
This approach is deeply informed by her experiences in rural landscapes, where she observes the complex interactions between humans and their environment. Her weaving becomes a powerful symbol of interconnected trajectories and natural cycles, offering a sensitive and thought-provoking interpretation of our relationship to the living world.
